Job Description

Atlantic is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable who will play a critical role in managing our AP functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments. You will be responsible full AP process including account reconciliation, vendor payments, expense reports, and invoice tracking. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• AP Processing: Oversee and manage full circle accounts payable process. Reconcile credit card and vendor statements and maintain master file. Organize and track receipts. Track rentals and rental agreements. Enter invoices into AP system, review for errors, and make corrections. Research payable issues and contact vendors for resolutions.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all AP inquiries, and the primary point of contact for vendor communications.
• Training & Coordination: Develop and implement AP training programs for finance department and share and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AP processing.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping software and MS Office, with strong Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Experience with ERP / Accounting Construction software like Foundation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
